Videoconferencing telemedicine consultation

  • Google meeting to discuss your pet’s medical needs; useful for conditions that are mild and when teleadvice is required. 

Housecall in person Consultation (For Singapore pet owners only)

  • A thorough physical examination is performed in the comfort of their house

  • Further investigation, treatment and management of any diagnosed medical issue will be discussed, implemented and referral arranged if necessary

Dog Behaviour consultation (in person/videoconferencing) 

  • Suitable for owners who are facing behavioural issues with their dogs and require a behaviour modification plan. Common problems include separation anxiety, house soiling, noise sensitivity, fear of people/animals/strange objects, aggression, bite prevention

Nutritional Diet Plan Consultation (online)

  • Suitable for owners who would like their current meal plans for their pets to be evaluated, for those who are keen to incorporate home prepared diet

  • Suitable for families with dogs who are expecting a baby or have a toddler or families with kids wanting to welcome a dog into the family

School or Small Group talks

  • Dog bites and undesirable behaviours are cited as the reasons for relinquishment or abandonment of pets. We want to help ensure that there is no chance of this happening to your family. We conduct school/small group talks to spread our knowledge to children and adults alike on issues of dog bite prevention, dog behaviour and body language, positive reinforcement science based training methods and how you can build a successful and forever relationship with your pet.
